3. YOUR ACCOUNT

The information stored is limited to the details you provide with your order, such as your shipping and billing address and email address. Should you choose to create your account, you'll have the option to set a password, which enables you to log in online, review your order history, and track your order.

If you wish to delete your account, you can also contact us at beatyou@beatyou.club, and our customer care team will assist you.

It's important to note that you can place an order without creating an account.

4. PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order on the Website, you confirm your understanding of and agreement with these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Please ensure you've reviewed and comprehended these documents before making a purchase.

Prior to completing your order, you'll have the opportunity to review your selections, verify the information you've provided, check the total order cost, and correct any input errors. Please keep in mind that products in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you finalize the order at checkout and receive the "Shipping Confirmation" email.

If prolonged inactivity results in your connection to the Website being lost, your selected products may be lost as well. In such cases, you'll need to re-enter your product selections into the shopping cart.

BEATYOU SL acknowledges receipt of your order when you click the "CHECKOUT" button during the checkout process. Upon receiving your order, you'll be sent an email with your "Order Confirmation," which includes your order number, product details, payment information, and delivery details. It's important to note that the confirmation email serves as an acknowledgment of order receipt and does not constitute acceptance of the order. During sale periods, the Order Confirmation may take up to 5 days.

Please be aware that all orders placed are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the discretion to decline your order for any reason without incurring any liability.

4.2 Acceptance and shipping confirmation

Once your order is processed, a "Shipping Confirmation" email will be sent, containing all relevant details about your order. The "Shipping Confirmation" signifies our acceptance of your order.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Please be informed that BEATYOU SL cannot guarantee that all products shown on the Website are in stock or available for purchase at the time of your order. If a product is no longer available, you will be promptly contacted via email after placing your order. In such cases, we will refund the purchase amount if payment has already been received. BEATYOU SL reserves the right to discontinue the sale of a product.

Sales, special offers, and promotions advertised on the Website are valid while supplies last unless specified otherwise in the offer.

6. COLORS AND PRODUCT IMAGES

The products displayed on the Website aim to depict their colors and characteristics as accurately as possible. However, please note that the colors of the products in the Website's pictures may vary slightly from their actual colors due to individual computer color settings. BEATYOU SL cannot be held accountable for such variations.

7. PRICES AND SHIPPING CHARGES

All prices on the Website are listed without shipping charges but include Spanish VAT.

BEATYOU SL is not responsible for currency fluctuations or exchange rates applied by banks when converting one currency to another.

The prices and any associated shipping charges displayed on the Website may change from time to time, and the price is not finalized until BEATYOU SL has confirmed the order by sending the "Shipping Confirmation" to you.

If you place an order and the price changes before we confirm the order (via the Shipping Confirmation), we will notify you by email about the price change. You will have the option to place a new order at the adjusted price or cancel the original order. If we cannot reach you, the order will be canceled. BEATYOU SL always retains the right to cancel any order before we confirm it. If we have received payment for a canceled order, we will refund the purchase amount.

Please be aware that BEATYOU SL may cancel an order, even after confirming it, if there is evidence that you were aware or should have been aware of incorrect price information.

8. PAYMENTS

The following payment methods are accepted:

8.1 Card payment

BEATYOU SL accepts payments via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Euro Card, JCB, and Union Pay. Payment is processed in full when the package is dispatched. Credit card payments are handled through our partner, Stripe, and all transactions are secured and encrypted.

9. SHIPPING

Shipping charges for your order will be provided during checkout. Please be aware that these charges do not cover any import costs that may apply when your package reaches the destination country.

We endeavor to dispatch your order within 1 - 4 days from the date of your "Shipping Confirmation." Please keep in mind that during Spanish National Holidays and sales, order processing may take up to 7 days. Our operations run from Monday through Friday, except on public holidays.

Please note that the provided delivery times are estimations and begin from the dispatch date. These times do not include potential delays caused by payment authorization or stock availability. Should BEATYOU SL fail to deliver within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel your purchase.

BEATYOU SL may periodically offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly outlined on the Website and applied to your order during checkout. Import costs may still apply, depending on the destination country.

Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive shipping information via email from the designated delivery company.

10. UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

BEATYOU SL reserves the right to charge the actual shipping costs for uncollected packages. These costs will be deducted from the order's total amount.

11. RETURNS

11.1 Withdrawal

You have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. To exercise this right, you must notify BEATYOU SL in writing. The notification can be sent in various ways, including email. You can also use the standard withdrawal form provided at www.beatyou.club.

Please note that you are not obligated to use the provided forms but may send us a letter or email, including your withdrawal or exchange request. Upon receiving your email, we will send you a confirmation. Always include your order number when communicating with us.

11.2 Refund related to the right of withdrawal

If you choose to withdraw your purchase following the terms outlined in this Section 11, BEATYOU SL will issue a refund of the amount paid, including any shipping charges for the delivery from BEATYOU SL to you. We will process the refund as promptly as possible, within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. This is contingent on BEATYOU SL receiving the product(s) from you or obtaining proof of shipment. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless you explicitly consent to an alternative method. Please note that BEATYOU SL will not refund additional duties, taxes, or extra charges associated with your order.

Additionally, if the product's value has diminished due to your handling of it beyond what is necessary to ascertain its characteristics or function, you may be required to reimburse BEATYOU SL. In such cases, BEATYOU SL has the right to withhold an appropriate amount from the refund.

To avoid deductions, please ensure the product you wish to return is in the same condition as when it was delivered, with tags and seals intact.

11.3 Exchanges

Please be aware that all products are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund.

11.4 Shipping charges for product returns

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping charges when returning products under your withdrawal or exchange right. BEATYOU SL will not refund any additional duties, taxes, or other charges associated with the return.

11.5 Returning products

Upon withdrawing your purchase, please return the product(s) as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 14 days after sending your notice.

For returns, BEATYOU SL recommends that you use the same packaging and method used when the products were originally sent to you.

Please follow the steps below:

• Place the product(s) in the original shipping box/bag, or in another secure carton box or plastic bag.
• Include the return form (if applicable) inside the box or bag.
• Seal the box or bag securely.
• Affix the return address over the prior delivery information.
• Return the package at your nearest delivery point.

Please note that you bear the risk for the products until they are delivered to BEATYOU SL. Therefore, always retain a copy of your shipping receipt for your records. Moreover, and as applicable, ensure the package is clearly marked as "RETURN" on any customs paperwork and declare the correct value of the goods. Goods not marked this way or declared at zero value may experience delays or incur import duties.

12. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive defective products, please notify us without delay. You must inform BEATYOU SL within a reasonable period upon discovering that the products are defective. Describe why you believe the product is defective, and include your order number. If BEATYOU SL deems the products defective, we will issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
